RETURNS
•Due to the unique nature of our product we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our items.

Belts:
In case your belt does not fit , we can exchange it for a different size.
  •Merchandise must not be worn or altered.
  •Merchandise must have all tags attached
  •Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.



REPAIR POLICY
We offer complimentary repair service of any item purchased from WWW.EUGENIAGAMERO.COM for 6 months after purchase. For repairs on products over one year old, a $50.00 charge will be assessed to your credit card. Please include your receipt as proof of the original date as purchased. If you do not have the original receipt, a $50.00 fee will be charged for the repair. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the repair to be returned. Your piece will be shipped via UPS or Fed Ex Ground unless you specify otherwise. An email notification will go out once the package has left the warehouse. We are not able to repair pieces bought at other retailer locations, please bring the item in question to the store from which your purchased it. We work directly with all of our retail partners to support their efforts with customers.

• Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 2-4 business days.


• Shipping INTERNATIONAL-For international purchases, we ship via DHL and Fed Ex. Shipping through these agencies allows both tracking and signature confirmation.

Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchases are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders will be processed Monday through Friday excluding national holidays. Orders ship within 7-10 business days of parchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on weekends or national holiday.

When requested, we will gladly mark International orders as "gift," but the cost of the item is stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the packaging.

All prices on our site are listed in US dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you pay, but it will match very closely with the going exchange rate. FAULTY GOODS
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 1 month. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware we can only replace it for the same item, subject to availability.
